2025 CAMP-IN SEASON
The Sunset to Sunrise Camp-In Experience registration is open for spring 2025 dates!
Our revamped overnight program continues to offer an all-night science extravaganza, providing an immersive experience like never before. Students and supervisors will enjoy a full schedule packed with interactive and educational activities.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE CAMP-IN?
- EXTENDED HOURS: Arrive as the centre is closing and leave when everyone arrives. This will allow your students to fully explore everything Science North has to offer. The gift store is open from 4:00 to 4:30pm.
- EXCLUSIVE EXPERIENCES: Enjoy the butterfly gallery, meet animal ambassadors, and attend a Live Discovery Theatre Show along with other bluecoat-led experiences
- STEM ACTIVITIES: Take part in fun, hands-on STEM activities and team-building exercises
- IMAX® AND PLANETARIUM: Enjoy a film screening at our IMAX theatre and a visit to the Planetarium
- OVERNIGHT STAY: Students will sleep on their own cots in our renowned Vale Cavern (location may change)

- COST-EFFECTIVE: No need to pay for overnight accommodations.
- UNIQUE PROGRAMMING: Hands-on educational activities not available during regular school programs

PRICING
- STUDENTS: $87 + HST
- ADULT SUPERVISORS: $43 + HST
THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING FOOD:
- DINNER: 2 slices of pizza (cheese or pepperoni; slice = ⅙ of pizza), whole fruit, drink (juice or milk), ice cream cup
- SNACK: Popcorn and drink (juice or pop)
- BREAKFAST: croissant, jam, cookie, whole fruit, juice, yogurt tube
Vegan and gluten-free options are available
Additional large pizzas can be purchased for $28 + HST
A minimum of 15 students must book a Camp-In experience, with a maximum capacity of 60 students per night.

AVAILABLE DATES
We are booking Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights in May and June. Note the third week of May has a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night availability.
Depending on the size of your group, you might be sharing the science centre with another school.

IMAX® with Laser marks a quantum leap in cinema technology. The sharpest, brightest, clearest, and most vivid digital images ever are combined with a whole new level of immersive audio. You will get the chance to pick from the current offering – one of our documentaries or, for an extra cost, a blockbuster that we are currently offering.
PLANETARIUM
Travel through the universe in Science North's digital Planetarium. Extend your educational experience into the stars! Your students will be immersed in the sciences of the universe. Led by our scientists, this high-tech, multimedia experience is designed to complement the space curriculum while sparking an interest in the world beyond our planet. Using high-quality imagery and audio, the Planetarium brings to life your students' journey through space.
