SCIENCE NORTH SCHOOL PROGRAMS
Bring STEM learning to life at Science North!
At Science North, every school visit is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and create memorable “a-ha!” moments for students. Each class visit includes up to two hands-on, curriculum-linked school programs delivered by our knowledgeable Bluecoats, giving students meaningful opportunities to explore, problem-solve, communicate, and think critically through engaging STEM experiences connected to the Ontario Science and Technology Curriculum.
DYNAMIC EARTH SCHOOL PROGRAMS
Dig into curriculum-connected learning at Dynamic Earth!
Bring your class to Dynamic Earth for hands-on, Bluecoat-led programs that connect directly to the Ontario Science and Technology Curriculum. Each visit can include up to two engaging school programs, plus signature Dynamic Earth experiences such as an underground mine tour, Object Theatre, and seasonal Outdoor Science Park free time, giving students an immersive way to explore Dynamic Earth.
SHSM (FIELD TRIPS)
Get industry certifications for Specialist High Skill Major (SHSM) students.
Help your SHSM students earn valuable industry certifications through engaging, hands-on learning at Science North. Choose from certification workshops in areas such as coding, communication, customer service, leadership, lab practices, GPS, and more, with flexible half-day and full-day options that make it easy to build a customized field trip experience for your Specialist High Skills Major students.
OVERNIGHT CAMP-INS
Experience Science North overnight!
Turn an evening at Science North into an unforgettable overnight adventure for your students. Camp-Ins include extended access to the science centre, hands-on STEM activities, team-building experiences, a Live Discovery Theatre Show, animal ambassador encounters, the butterfly gallery, an IMAX® film, a Planetarium visit, dinner, breakfast, and a one-of-a-kind sleepover in either the Vale Cavern or the science centre.
HOMESCHOOLS (FIELD TRIPS)

Join us for Homeschool Mondays, where students can explore hands-on science through engaging lab programs, live science shows, and time to discover Science North and Dynamic Earth. With monthly programs designed for Kindergarten, Primary, Junior, and Intermediate learners, homeschool families can build a year of memorable, curriculum-connected STEM experiences for their children.
